The State Council Executive Meeting held on February 8, 2017 reviewed and approved the "Regulations on Pesticide Management (Revised Draft)". The newly promulgated Pesticide Management Regulations have made significant revisions to the pesticide management system, registration system, production management system, business management system, definition of counterfeit and inferior pesticides, use and recycling of pesticides, and illegal punishment.
