Mainly used as a flow improver for diesel fuels such as 10 #, 5 #, 0 #, -10 #, -20 #, -35 #, etc., it reduces the cold filtration point and freezing point of diesel, achieving the goal of improving the low-temperature flow performance of diesel. It can also increase the yield of light diesel for refineries and improve their economic benefits. The effect varies depending on the processing technology of crude oil and diesel, and the dosage of additives is determined based on the evaluation results in practical application.

Diesel cetane number improver

The main component of diesel cetane improver is alkyl nitrate. Adding products to diesel can increase the cetane number of diesel, shorten the ignition delay period of diesel, improve the self ignition performance during combustion in diesel engines, improve the cold start performance of engines, reduce diesel engine knock, significantly reduce the emissions of exhaust gas and pollutants from diesel combustion, reduce the production of NO compounds, CO compounds, CH compounds, and inhalable particulate matter PM2.5, and create huge social benefits. Diesel cetane number improvers can effectively increase the cetane number of diesel, with significant effects and wide applications. The cetane number improver has the characteristics of low cost, simple operation process, and obvious effect, and is the most economical and effective means to improve the cetane number of diesel.

Diesel anti-wear agent

In recent years, environmental protection has put forward increasingly high requirements for diesel quality, and sulfur in diesel has been strictly controlled. With the promotion of low sulfur diesel, the lubrication performance of diesel has become increasingly prominent. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, nitrogen-containing compounds, aromatic heterocyclic compounds, oxides, and other non hydrocarbon and polar compounds in diesel are effective lubricating components. Clean diesel not only reduces sulfur, but also reduces the natural lubricity of diesel. Engines using low sulfur diesel are prone to wear and damage, shortening the engine's lifespan. The lubrication problem of diesel is gradually being exposed. The XYFK-8 anti-wear lubricant produced by our company contains polar and non-polar groups, which have good compatibility with diesel. Polar groups have affinity for metal surfaces and can adsorb on them. The non-polar groups are perpendicular to the surface and face outward, forming a dense molecular barrier to protect the oil film and forming a protective layer on the metal surface, preventing direct contact with metal micro convex bodies, Effectively reducing mechanical wear and improving the lubricity of oil products. The XYFK-8 diesel anti-wear lubricant has almost no effect on the cetane number, oxidation stability, and low-temperature flowability of diesel, and has no antagonistic effect on diesel stabilizers and flow improvers. Crude oil pour point depressant

Crude oil contains a certain amount of petroleum wax, and the concentration, structure, and molecular weight of these petroleum waxes are closely related to the oil source. During the process of oil extraction, transportation, and storage, due to cooling, these waxes crystallize and deposit on the metal surfaces of downhole equipment, oil pipelines, separators, and storage tanks. Due to the continuous deposition of wax, the flow area of oil pipes is reduced, leading to pipeline blockage and reduced oil recovery efficiency of oil wells. When transporting crude oil through pipelines, a station by station heating process is used to increase the temperature and reduce viscosity of the crude oil, ensuring its original fluidity. Fuel power consumption accounts for about 30% of the oil transportation cost, while the volatile loss of light oil in the crude oil. The addition of crude oil pour point depressants for normal temperature transportation is of great significance in reducing energy consumption. The crude oil pour point depressant developed and produced by our company is prepared by adding a strong polarity group to the ethylene vinyl acetate system and using a high-pressure multi-component polymerization production process. Polymers can undergo eutectic adsorption with paraffin in crude oil, preventing the crystallization and growth of paraffin, reducing the solidification point and viscosity of crude oil, and improving the low-temperature flow performance of crude oil. The temperature of crude oil exhibiting Newtonian fluid characteristics can be reduced by 5-10 ℃, the pour point can be reduced by 10-20 ℃, and the yield stress value and low-temperature apparent viscosity can be reduced by more than 80%. This is an effective way to achieve normal temperature gathering and transportation of crude oil.
