Usage
The addition amount of this product is generally below 0.1%, and most refineries add around 0.05%. The effectiveness of diesel flow improvers not only depends on the performance of the product itself, but also has a close relationship with the diesel used. This product has strong sensitivity and selectivity to oil products, so it needs to be tested before use to determine the preparation plan before formal use. It is best not to directly add pour point depressants to diesel, as this will affect the effect of reducing the cold filtration point or freezing point. Diesel fuel and additives should be mixed together to form the mother liquor first. It is necessary to ensure a uniform mixture of additives and diesel in order to achieve the expected effect. Diesel flow improvers can not only lower the freezing point of diesel, but also lower its cold filtration point to varying degrees.

This product is a colorless or orange yellow oily liquid with a slight aromatic odor. It belongs to Class 4 flammable liquid and is not a hazardous material. It can burn when exposed to open flames and high temperatures, causing environmental hazards. Prohibited substances: Strong oxidants such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid. The product is flammable, please do not approach sources of fire or other heat sources. This product may solidify in winter due to low temperatures; But the effect remains unchanged after solidification. When using, the product needs to be melted in a warm room at 60-90 ℃ for blending. Please strictly adhere to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
Packaging and storage and transportation
This product uses 200L small opening galvanized iron drums, with a net weight of 170 kilograms per drum.
During transportation, it is necessary to strictly follow the cargo loading table in the General Chemical Transportation Rules for loading. Before transportation, the packaging container should be checked for completeness and sealing. During transportation, it should be ensured that the container does not leak, collapse, or be damaged. It is strictly prohibited to mix with oxidants and edible chemicals for transportation. Transport vehicles should be equipped with corresponding types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment and emergency response equipment for leaks during transportation. During transportation, it should be protected from direct sunlight, rain, and high temperatures. During transportation and storage, strict measures should be taken to prevent water ingress, and packaging damage should be prevented during handling. Sealed storage, maintain indoor ventilation, and keep away from sparks, heat sources, and light sources. Avoid contact with air. The temperature should not exceed 60 degrees. Adopting explosion-proof lighting, ventilation facilities, and electrostatic grounding. Prohibit the use of mechanical equipment and tools that are prone to generating sparks. The storage area should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment, emergency response facilities for leaks, and appropriate containment materials.
