Product usage method:

This product has a small amount of addition and a large increase in cetane value. Adding 100-1500ppm can increase the cetane number by 1-10 units. Cetane number improvers have good dispersibility and solubility, and are highly soluble in diesel. It can be added proportionally with a metering pump side line or directly into the oil tank, stirred and circulated until uniform. Recommended dosage: 100-1500ppm. The sensitivity of this product to various fuels varies. It is recommended that the amount added be based on specific experimental data before formal use.

    This product should be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent damage to the packaging during transportation. This product has stable performance and should be used at a temperature below 85 ℃. When the heat temperature reaches 100 ℃ or above, it will form a self accelerating exothermic reaction, causing an increase in temperature and pressure of the packaging drum or storage tank, posing a danger. When using this product, gloves and safety goggles must be worn. If the skin or eyes accidentally come into contact with the product, please rinse immediately with plenty of water. Hazardous product level: Domestic non hazardous chemicals, export classified as Class 9. Please strictly comply with the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).

During transportation, it is necessary to strictly follow the cargo loading table in the General Chemical Transportation Rules for loading. Before transportation, the packaging container should be checked for completeness and sealing. During transportation, it should be ensured that the container does not leak, collapse, or be damaged. Transport vehicles should be equipped with corresponding types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment and emergency response equipment for leaks during transportation. During transportation, it should be protected from direct sunlight, rain, and high temperatures. During transportation and storage, strict measures should be taken to prevent water ingress, and packaging damage should be prevented during handling. Sealed storage, maintain indoor ventilation, and keep away from sparks, heat sources, and light sources. Avoid contact with air. Adopting explosion-proof lighting, ventilation facilities, and electrostatic grounding. Prohibit the use of mechanical equipment and tools that are prone to generating sparks. The storage area should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment, emergency response facilities for leaks, and appropriate containment materials.
